Sur Poorva, a festival of choral music and instumental ensembles with special focus on North-East will be held from 17-19 March at Agartala, Tripura.  The festival is organised by Sangeet Natak Academi, New Delhi in association with Tripura University, Tripura. 18 March (Saturday):
Gandharva Choir, New Delhi by Madhup Mugal & group
Songs of Meghalaya, Meghalaya by E W Kharsahnoh & group
Madhukali Vrind, Madhy Pradesh by Umesh Tarkaswar & Group

19 March (Sunday):
Traditional Music of Sikkim, Sikkim by Naren Gurung & group
Pancham, Assam by Malay Sutradhar & group
